Cardi's Hometown Sports Hero

(WPRI) - This week's Cardi's Hometown Sports Hero is Meehan twins. McKenzie is the reigning RI Gatorade Girls Soccer player of year after scoring 48 goals as a junior and leading the Rams to their 3rd straight state title. Madison is a senior captain for LaSalle who earned All-State honors as a sweeper and midfielder for the Rams last year.

The twins also sports GPA over 96 and their success on and off the field have helped them earn the chance to play Division One college soccer next year at Boston College.
