Beisel 5th in 200 IM final at trials

(WPRI) -- North Kingstown's Elizabeth Beisel couldn't repeat her first place finish in the 400-meter individual medley in the 200-meter version.

At the Olympic swim trials Thursday, Beisel finished in 5th place in the 200-meter individual medley in a time of 2:12.37.

Caitlin Leverenz, who finished second to Beisel in the 400 IM final on Monday, won the race.
