Popular apparel line fights bullying

In honor of national Anti-Bullying Month, a local clothing designer has created a shirt to help raise money for the cause.

Pasquale and Vanessa DiPippo from Dirty Couture will be releasing a new t-shirt that reads “Don’t Be a Bully, Be a Buddy”.

The event will feature guest bartenders, including Pasquale and Vanessa, whose tips will be donated to both the Providence Animal Rescue League, and an anti-bullying foundation called “The Kaleidoscope Theatre”.

Vicky By Victoria will be launching her "Buddy Friendship bracelets" at the event and Pete Ferreira and Dennis Ianotti will have their Nuts n' More peanut butter there.

During that night, the tee shirts, friendship bracelets, Nuts n' More will be sold and 10% of the sales will go to the Providence Animal shelter League and 10% will go to “The Kaleidoscope Theatre”.

In addition, there will be a gift basket raffled off.

The event will take place on Tuesday, October 9 from 6 p.m.- 10 p.m. at Vanity in Providence.
