Busy moms know it can be tough to keep up with a beauty routine.
Michelle Skrobish from Vis A Vis Hair Design and Kirsten Brusse from Joli Visage Makeup Artistry joined The Rhode Show to to explain what busy moms can do to streamline their routine.
When it comes to hair, having the right cut is half the battle.
“Having the right cut can make or break your morning. If you have something that is versatile and suits your lifestyle you have something you can work with,” said Michelle.
If you need to take thirty minutes out of your morning, dry shampoo is a great way to cut time.
“There’s no need for washing, drying, or styling,” she said.
A skin care station is also a great addition to your bedside table.
Kirsten advises putting wipes, moisturizer, and eye cream next to your bed, that way you will always have time to wash your face when the day is over.
For eyeliner, Kirsten recommends navy colored liner to brighten up tired eyes because black can sometimes be too dark and harsh on some skin tones. Gel or powder liners are best because pencil can be hard to apply, and can easily melt as the day goes on.
Nude liner is recommended for the lower lash line to wake you up instantly.
By putting items near your bed and making sure that skin is clean and moisturized, a busy mom can look great each day!
