RI's priciest properties and homes

(WPRI) - Dozens of rooms, spiral staircases, private driveways, and chandeliers in every foyer. Five beautiful properties in Rhode Island are on the market. While the prices may be steep, buyers will certainly get their money's worth.

In a list of pricey properties, Newport of course made it on the list. In addition to the ocean front Plaisance, Clarendon Court has a beautiful ocean view.

With a variety of interior rooms, the home also comes with a carriage house, pool, and a unique piece of land.

When walking Newport's famed Cliffwalk, you'll actually walk underneath the property of Clarendon Court in a tunnel.

The charm of unique exteriors will attract buyers to another home called Fairholme. The home is complete with lush green grounds, and of course a pool by the ocean.

While the outside is a bit more modern, the living room and ballroom take on a traditional look.

Local vineyard, Sakonnet Vineyards is also on the market.

By purchasing the vineyard, you'll not only acquire a 25,000 square foot winery, complete with a tasting room, but additional land as well.

Another pricey property is Wyndham Estates. It too has the luxury and amenities that will draw potential home buyers. With the base of the home already at 100 feet above sea level, the roof will provide miles of sight seeing pleasure.
