We all love a good book in the summer - so why not try out some locally inspired books. Margie Reed from Barrington Books brought along some of her favorites.
For Children's books:
Pigs Love Potatoes by Anika and Christoopher Denise - by a husband and wife team from Barrington. This book focuses on counting, as well as a story about sharing.
Bats at the Ballgame by Brian Lies - Parents will love reading this book. The bats are beautifully drawn, and surprisingly, readers will end up liking the bats.
