Sometimes incorporating a few good go-to exercises is all one needs to help tone their body.
Fitness instructor, Chris Bromley, visited the set with a few moves that are great for sculpting.
His exercises work all parts of the body including legs, abs, and glutes.
“Those parts are major muscles and they’re easy to work on at home,” said Bromley.
Isometric hold: elbows lined up with shoulders, back flat. The plank should be done for time; roughly 30-45 seconds.
Side lunge: hands in the center of your body, step sideways while keeping the other leg straight. Weight can be added for an extra challenge.
Russian twist: Sit on the floor with legs together and slightly raised. This exercise works the abs by moving hands from side to side while keeping your back straight.
Chris suggests adding these exercises into a program and start to see results after three to four weeks.
