WEST WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) - The Rhode Island Kids Consignment Sale is a great way for parents to stretch their budget and finish up back to school shopping with thousands of clothing items up for sale.

About 54,000 new and gently used children's items will be available for sale on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

On Saturday many items will be 50% off. 350 moms signed up this year to participate in the biggest consignment sale in New England.

Each consignor prices their items individually. The Rhode Island Kids Consignment Sale accepts cash, visa, and MasterCard.

At the end of the event, if items haven't sold, RI Foster Parents pick them up for donation that sellers designate.
