Letterboxing: Fun, free hobby for all

Game is form of treasure hunting

If your family likes exploring treasure hunting and creative expression, then they’re going to love letterboxing.

Letterboxing is a form of treasure hunting that utilizes clues that are found on the internet.

Parents can visit letterboxing.org to experience a scavenger hunt all over Rhode Island or New England. You look for different destinations and it'll give you clues.

Once a letterbox is found, treasure hunters stamp the inside of their journal  with a stamp from the letterbox. After that, write in the dates and where the letterbox was found.

Letterboxing is meant to be an environmentally friendly activity.
