Play in the Park Tuesdays in Providence

(WPRI) - We still have a few weeks of summer left, and if you're like most parents, you may be starting to run out of ideas to entertain your kids! 

That's why "Kidoinfo" and the Greater Kennedy Plaza has combined forces for an afternoon full of fun!

Jennifer Smith program manager, along with Mary-Ann Mayer from the Festival Ballet, joined The Rhode Show to talk about this week's program!

Every Tuesday, from 11 a.m to 2 p.m. in Burnside Park, downtown Providence, there will be free-play playground with lawn games, hula-hoops, bubbles and more! 

On Tuesday, August 7 from 11-11:30 a.m. there's Open Dance class with Festival Ballet! Ages: 4-7. Email: jen@kennedyplaza.org for info.

1 p.m. – History Talking & Walking Tour from Burnside Park to Roger Williams National Memorial (RWNM) with Ranger. Fun Junior Ranger activities in RWNM Park upon arrival! Departs from Burnside fountain. All ages/Family

Tuesday, August 28
11 a.m.-2 p.m – Public SquareDay with Brown Bag Lunch Talk, 12 p.m.
