In The Kitchen: Native Sole 'En Brick'

(WPRI) -- Today on the Rhode Show we're learning how to make a delicious pan-seared sole dish with Chef Christopher Maitland from 15 Point Road Restaurant .
Ingredients:
- Local Sole
- Feuilles de Brick Pastry
- Pumpkin or Butternut Squash
- Carrots
- Fish Stock
- Leeks
- Tomatoes
- Rice
- Cream
- Seasoning
Steps:
- Make sauce – puree with beurre mixer, cream & season.
- Dry , season & wrap sole.
- Sauté and bake 5 – 8 minutes, then plate.
