Ingredients:
2 8 oz Salmon Filets
1 cup pistachios shelled and chopped
2 tbls olive oil
One lemon zest
¼ cup orange juice
¼ cup lemon juice
Steps:
1. Mix coarsely ingredients together
2. Sear salmon filet in pan on both sides
3. Top salmon with crust finish in oven to medium rare
