Bananas Foster
Ingredients:

{4} Ripe Bananas (sliced in ¼” thick slices)
2 tbsp salted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp granulated sugar
{4} home style waffles (thicker size is preferable)
1 can whipped cream
½ cup diced walnuts {optional}

Directions:
Melt butter in medium size skillet
You want the butter to be bubbly but not burning when you add the bananas
Add bananas, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar
Continue to cook over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes
In the last minute of caramelizing the bananas, pop the waffles in the toaster
You want the waffle to be golden brown
When waffles are done, place on serving dish, cover top with bananas
Add whip cream and nuts for toppings

Triple Berry Cookie Cobbler

{1} bag frozen triple berry mix (thawed)
{1} batch of sugar cookies (you can buy store bought or make from scratch)
½ lb salted butter
1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Directions:
In a large bowl, mix together the berries, cinnamon and sugar
In separate bowl, crumble the sugar cookies
