Named by Rhode Island Monthly as the Best Neighborhood Bar in Providence three years in a row, The Avery Bar and Lounge is the jewel of Providence’s West Side watering holes.
With an interior design that could easily make the most jaded urbanite rejoice, The Avery is, at its heart, a neighborhood bar.
Rather than following the crowd of themed bars, The Avery is a classic cocktail lounge that provides expertly made cocktails at a fair price.
The comfortable interior and ambiance is perfect for taking the edge off of a long day at work, and provides an ideal meeting spot before dinner at one of the West Side’s many spectacular restaurants.
Owner of the Avery, John Richard, joined The Rhode Show to make three cocktails.
