Sausage Special
With Angelo's Civita Farnese

We're making the Sausage Special with Chef Bob Antignano of Angelo's Civita Farnese.
Ingredients:
Sausage
Potatoes
Peppers
Onions
Oil
Granulated Garlic
Pepper
Salt
Steps:
Preheat oven to 375˚
Place links of sausage in pan, drizzle with oil, mix
Bake for 30 min.
Remove pan from oven, add potato wedges, granulated garlic, and black pepper, mix
Bake for 30 min.
Remove pan from oven, add peppers, onions, black pepper, granulated garlic, and salt
Drizzle with oil, mix
Bake for 10-15 minutes
Remove pan from oven, mix
Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes
