We're making Narragansett Mussels with Executive Chef Gregory Krol of Aspire Seasonal Kitchen.
Ingredients:
20-25 Mussels
1 tbsp Shallots
1/2 tbsp Garlic
3 oz. Chorizo
1 dozen Cherry Tomatoes
1 oz. Thyme
1 oz. Butter
1 tsp Oil
1/2 one bottle of Narragansett Lager
Steps:
Clean Mussels
Render Chorizo
Saute Shallots and Garlic
Add Tomato and mussels
Deglaze with Naragansett Lager
Reduce By half
Add Thyme and Butter
