We're making Lobster Mac and Cheese with Chef Ricky Balasco of The Wharf Tavern.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Flour
1 stick Butter
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp White Pepper
¼ Cup Yellow Mustard
2 Cups Ritz Crackers
2 Cups of Bowtie Pasta
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese
1 Cup American Cheese
STEPS
Cook Pasta
Combine Flour, Butter, Salt, White Pepper and pour over Bowtie Pasta add Yellow Mustard.
Add the lobster to the pasta.
Sprinkle all three cheeses on top and then put the crushed Ritz Crackers on top of the cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
