We're making a BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich on Spicy French Toast …

We're making Chicken Dumpling Soup with Chef Benjamin Lloyd of Tazza .
Ingredients:
2 qrts home made chicken stock
1/2 # chicken meat (dark meat works best)
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1 small celery root
1 onion
1/2 C cherry tomatoes
1 bay leaf
sage
parsley
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbs Parmesan cheese
1 cup gnocchi
drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Steps:
Combine the chicken stock, chicken meat, onion, carrot, celery, celery root and bay leaf and bring to a simmer.
Add the tomatoes, herbs and gnocchi.
Season.
Plate and top with cheese and olive oil.
