(WPRI) - Most parents dread the expense of school shopping, but there are ways you can cut down on what you spend.
Susan Hogan joined The Rhode Show with some great ideas on how to cut that budget in half.
"You can actually go back-to-school shopping for under $20, when we're talking about supplies. And I did it. And I did it based on two kids," said Hogan.
In one hour, using three different stores, Susan completed her back-to-school shopping for supplies.
Using circulars will help parents save big on supplies. Be sure to check CVS, Walmart, Target and others for the discounts.
