Best Brunch award goes to 1149

Weekends are made for sleeping in, spending some time with your family and friends and of course, enjoying a tasty brunch.

Eleven Forty Nine in East Greenwich has options for everyone at their weekend brunch.

From freshly carved pork tenderloin, to prime rib to fresh pasta to a build your own omelet station.

The main buffet is home to delectable dishes like stuffed sole, chicken marsala, smoky salmon and even clam and corn chowder.

And the options don't stop there.

"We change everything. Like, one day I'll have a pineapple chutney, the next week I'll have a apple chutney. Then we'll do a rum based bread pudding one week," said Anthony Dutra.

"We like coming here, we come here after Mass, we spend a couple hours here on a Sunday afternoon. Winter, summer, it doesn't really matter the season," said Tony Scelsa of East Greenwich.
