EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - This week on Newsmakers Republican Gubernatorial Candidate Victor Moffitt.

Moffitt is a three term former state representative, a financial planner and accountant.

He talks about his stand on casinos, immigration, job creation, pensions and his plan for a “world-class” aquarium in Rhode Island.
