EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - This week on Newsmakers our "Conversations with the Candidates" continue.
This week we welcome Independent for Governor, Lincoln Chafee. The former Senator discusses his view of the recently passed state budget and how he would work to close the punishing budget deficit. Sen. Chafee also discusses his view on casino gambling at Twin River and Newport Grand, as well as what should happen with the state’s pension system.
