EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - This week on Newsmakers, with an unemployment rate of 14 percent, it's no surprise the City of Providence is feeling it harder than the rest of the state.

This week Mayor David Cicilline gave his State of the City Address with job creation as the big theme. Mayor Cicilline is the guest for the first half of the show.

Then, an Exclusive Eyewitness News Poll released this week, reveals potential problems with the Democrats. It's not easy being a politicial in this economic climate, especially one running for re-election.
