EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - Chief Justice Paul Suttell sits down for his first extended interview since being confirmed as the Rhode Island Supreme Court Justice.

Justice Paul Suttell is the modest jurist. Now, he'll be sworn in July 16th as the head of the state's high court. Then the fun part: A smaller budget and staffing shortages at the judiciary.
