(FOX Providence) - Have you always wanted to join the green movement, but didn’t know where to start? Eco-shopping can be seen as a challenge, but it doesn’t have to be!

Green-Living Expert Jennifer Farrell joined The Rhode Show to give all the tips and strategies you’ll need to easily transform your eco-curiosity into eco-consciousness.

Choose items that contribute to the green movement while also saving you money, like:

-Natural cleaning items without harsh chemicals, fumes, or residue
-Sugarcane bowls and plates that are biodegradable
-Eco-friendly paper towels made with 100% recycled fibers
-Remember the three R’s
-Refuse-items that are over packaged and wasteful
-Reuse-items that can be put to multiple uses
-Recycle-any items that are made from recyclable materials
