PROVIDENCE (WPRI) - An exclusive, extended interview with local marine Jose Belliard, a veteran of the Gulf War. The 37-year-old Belliard talks about his time serving our country, and the health problems that he says were caused by exposure to a specific chemical overseas. He also speaks about his battle with a rare, terminal cancer.
