(WPRI) - A response from the U.S. Embassy in Thailand to Target 12's inquiries about the homicide:
Dear Mr. White,
The U.S. Embassy is closely following the case of Jon LaChapelle. U.S. law enforcement authorities have worked with Thai police and prosecutors on the matter, and are prepared to provide further support. Because this is an active criminal investigation by the Thai authorities, we cannot provide any further details.
