PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - The Target 12 Investigators have learned that a former labor union leader, and a local contractor, are now facing federal charges.
Harold Tillinghast, a former organizer for the Laborers International Union of North America here in Rhode Island is accused of conspiring with construction contractor Gerald Diotadi, to make illegal payments to a union official.
Both suspects were arrested on Tuesday. They are both free on bond.
