Rare flower blooms in Thailand

SURAT THANI, Thailand (MCOT/CNN) - Tourists and residents are enjoying a rare sight in Thailand.

A very special flower is blooming in Thailand's Surat Thani province.

The giant red petals span more than three feet, capturing the attention of onlookers.

Park officials say the bloom is endangered, so they're asking visitors to use caution when near the plants.
