Thief steals excavator in Rehoboth

Police searching for white haired suspect

REHOBOTH, Mass. (WPRI) - Rehoboth Police are trying to track down a stolen excavator. 

The thief took it from the corner of Katie Drive and Winthrop Street.

Investigators say the excavator has:

  • A yellow body
  • Gray cab
  • Property Services written on the side
  • It was being pulled by a blue, 10-wheel dump truck with a trailer

Police also released the following suspect description:

  • White male
  • Tall
  • White hair
  • In his 50s

The excavator was last seen heading west on Rt. 44 in Seekonk. If you have any information, call Rehoboth Police at 508-252-3722.
