PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - After a month long investigation, police make a big drug bust in Providence.
On Thursday, detectives seized over $96,000 dollars in cash and over four kilograms of cocaine from a South Main Street home.
Police said a search warrant was obtained for the residence, after authorities conducted the undercover investigation.
Authorities placed Brayanth A. Fernandez under arrest, and charged him with possession with the intent to deliver one to five kilos of cocaine and possession with intent to deliver cocaine.
Fernandez appeared before a Providence district judge on Friday to face the charges.
