PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - The alleged mastermind at the center of "Operation Deception" remains behind bars.

A judge ordered Albert Hamlin be heald without bail during his bail review hearing on Tuesday.

Hamlin, along with three Providence police officers, are accused of running a lucrative drug ring that was busted by state police.

One of the officers arrested during the investigation is Hamlin's brother, Robert Hamlin.
