PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - The recounts from last week's general election are complete.
They failed to change the outcome of any of the 9 races in question.
The Board of Elections tells the Providence Journal that the count in some races differed by a vote or two, but not enough to change any of the outcomes.
