PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - Rhode Island General Treasurer Frank Caprio delivers his concession speech after losing the gubernatorial election to independent candidate Lincoln Chafee.

Caprio placed third in the election after losing ground over the last few weeks of the campaign.
