Mother accused of driving drunk w/ kid
Suspect found passed out behind wheel

REHOBOTH, Mass. (WPRI) - A Somerset mother is facing OUI and child endangerment charges, after she was reportedly caught drunk behind the wheel with her sleeping toddler in the backseat.
The Fall River Herald News reports that 33-year-old Stephanie Roberts was arrested in the parking lot of the Middlebrook Country Club on Pleasant Street in Rehoboth Tuesday night.
Police reportedly found Roberts passed out behind the wheel with an open vodka bottle in the front seat. Her three-year-old boy was asleep in the back seat. He was not injured.
The boy was released to his father's custody.
Roberts was arraigned Wednesday and released on bail.
