FALL RIVER, Mass. (WPRI) - Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley has announced that two internet cafes, including one owned by former Fall River city councilor, Leo Pelletier, have been fined a total of $750,000 for violating consumer protection laws.
Eyewitness News was on the scene last year when Pelletier's business, The New England Internet Cafe of Fall River," was raided for allegedly running illegal gambling equipment.
The other business that was fined is located in Lynnfield, Massachusetts.
