FALL RIVER, Mass. (WPRI) - Three men have been indicted in connection with a previously unsolved double shooting in Fall River five years ago, the Bristol County District Attorney's Office announced Wednesday.

Michael Peralta, 28; Nigel Vaughn, 25; and Jared Robinson, 28 are facing numerous charges, including attempted murder.

The Bristol County D.A. said the three men were involved in a double shooting outside the former Regatta night club on Davol Street on March 27, 2005. The victims, a 23-year-old Quincy man and a 24-year-old man from Brockton, recovered from their injuries.

Both Peralta and Vaughn are currently in prison for other crimes, according to the D.A.'s office. Vaughn is serving an 18-20 year sentence for shooting three people at a Fall River sports bar a month after the Regatta shooting. Peralta is behind bars on state and federal gun and drug charges.

The three men are scheduled to be arraigned in September.
