DARTMOUTH, M.A. (WPRI) - A Dartmouth police officer is accused of assaulting a mall worker.
Officer John Costa is charged with inappropriately touching a female employee at the Dartmouth Mall on Black Friday.
Police say Costa was assigned to the mall when the alleged incident happened.
Costa has been on paid administrative leave since December, while Massachusetts State Police investigated the complaint.
An arraignment date has yet to be scheduled.
