PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - In this web exclusive, Governor Donald Carcieri announces plans to help cut the state budget by $68 million dollars.
During the news conference on Monday afternoon, Governor Carcieri revealed that the first part of the plan would close most Rhode Island state agencies for 12 different days over the next year.
