SCITUATE, R.I. (WPRI) - Here is a list of suspects arrested Monday in a RI State Police racketeering investigation and the charges they face. State Police said more arrests and charges are pending.

Nicholas S. Pari, age 71, of 4 Eben Street, North Providence, RI

• Criminal Prohibited from Possessing Firearms (two counts)
• Unlawful Sale of a Concealable Weapon (two counts)
• License or Permit to Carry a Pistol (two counts)
• Delivery of a Controlled Substance to a Police Officer (four counts)
• Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (five counts)
• Carrying a Dangerous Weapon while Committing a Crime of Violence
• Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organizations

Gerald M. Tillinghast, age 62, of 33 High Meadow Court, Cranston, RI

Thomas Salerno, age 48, of 694 Dyer Avenue, Cranston, RI

• Conspiracy to Possess a Controlled Substance (three counts)

Anthony Delgiudice, age 73, of 17 Seneca Street, Warwick, RI

• License Required to Sell Precious Metals Over $500

Gerald Kent, age 43, of 54 Ridge Drive, Exeter, RI

• License required to sell/purchase precious metals over $500 (five counts)
• Conspiracy to sell/purchase precious metals over $500

Sean McCarthy, age 37, of 10 Carolina Main, Richmond, RI

• Receiving Stolen Goods(2 Counts)
• Larceny Over $500(2 Counts)
• Conspiracy to Commit Larceny

Jacqueline Lovelace, age 46, of 39 ½ Ringgold St., Providence, RI

• Larceny Under $500 (2 Counts)
• Conspiracy to Commit Larceny(2 Counts)
• Conspiracy to Receive Stolen Goods(2 Counts)

Narcotics and firearms were also seized Monday morning during the execution of these warrants. The investigation continues and State Police anticipate more charges and arrests. Several vehicles were also seized pending forfeiture proceedings relating to the Racketeer Influence and Corrupt Organizations statutes.
