Police: wrong-way driver caused crashes
Bristol man accused of driving drunk

PROVIDENCE, RI - A local man is in police custody after they say he caused three crashes early Sunday morning.
Police said, Andrew Thompson, of Bristol was driving the wrong way on Highway 95 South. Police say he was drunk.
State police arrested Thompson in Pawtucket after he got off the highway.
Rescue crews had to be called in to assist in the cleanup. Two people were taken to the hospital because of the crashes.
