School & municipal flu shot clinics

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - The Rhode Island Health Department has announced a schedule for H1N1 flu vaccination school clinics. Below is a complete list from the DOH of those scheduled clinics by municipality.

The dates are subject to change pending availability of the vaccinations.

Parents will need to sign a consent form before a vaccation can be given to their child.
