Call 911 in case of emergency

JOHNSTON, R.I. (WPRI) - The phone lines at the Johnston Police Department are down, meaning police cannot receive or make calls.
Police said Wednesday phone crews are working to fix the problem, but they aren't sure how long it will take.
In the meantime, anyone with an emergency should call 911.
