The third phase of the Iway project is opening on Thursday, June 18th. Officials from the Department of transportation say they expect delays an tie-ups for the fist commute.

On I-195 in Providence, the new "split" to I-95 will be located just after the Washington Bridge. Drivers will either use the old highway to go north on I-95, or the new highway to head south.
