FOXBORO, Mass., - Police say Patriots' linebacker Junior Seau was tackled by a fan attending a game at Gillette Stadium.

Officials say 31 year-old Todd Kobus, an Iraq war vet from Attleboro jumped over the 6-7 foot wall separating the stands from the field and tackled the Pats player.

Authorities say the incident happened during the fourth quarter of Sunday's 47-7 win over the Arizona Cardinals.

Kobus was arrested and charged with trespassing and assault and battery. Police say it is unclear why he attacked Seau.

Kobus pleaded not guilty in court on Monday to the charges. He has been released on personal recognizance.

Patriots' spokesman Stacey James said the team has revoked the ticket Kobus used.
