Local stores are looking for a boost in business

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI) - Mayors across the country are heading to Providence for an annual conference.

While polticial leaders are looking to share ideas to better their cities, local businesses are looking for a boost of their own.

The influx of mayors is expected to bring a couple million dollars into the city of Providence.
