SOUTH KINGSTOWN, RI (WPRI) - South Kingstown Police are investigating a rape that took place on the South County Bike Path.
Calin Otis is charged with first degree and second degree sexual assault. He was arraigned Tuesday and ordered held without bail.
According to police, Otis attacked a woman he met earlier in the day when she was walking her dog.
The victim was able to identify Otis to police as they were taking her to the hospital.
