WESTPORT, Mass. (WPRI) - No animal cruelty charges will be pressed against those living at a group of tenant farms in Westport.
The New Bedford Standard-Times reports the MSPCA visited the site multiple times in recent weeks, after reports the animals being kept there were malnourished.
Investigators say they found no evidence of animal cruelty at the settlements, which are back in the woods off American Legion Highway.
