EAST GREENWICH, R.I.(WPRI) -- The Rhode Island State Police announced Tuesday that they will not file criminal charges against a man connected with a car accident that claimed two lives.

Sullynette Sanchez, 23, and her unborn child died from injuries sustained in the crash last October.

Officials say there is not enough evidence against the other driver, 24-year-old Benjamin Servideo, to move forward with prosecution.

Servideo is facing minor traffic charges including failure to maintain control of a vehicle.
