WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) -- Rhode Island State Police are attempting to identify a pair of suspects involved in a counterfeiting ring.
The suspects, one male and one female, are accused of depositing counterfeit checks into a checking or savings account at Citizens Bank.
The funds are then withdrawn the following day before the checks are determined to be counterfeit.
Anyone with information regarding the suspects is asked to contact the Rhode Island State Police at (401) 444-1000.
